Hi, can anyone tell me if I am doing something wrong.
Have an Emirates Amex card.
Tying to use it online vis Tesco to preorder some PS4 stuff.
Every time I put the card details through it keeps saying 'sorry there is a problem with your card' or words to that effect.
It gives the option to pay with AMEX and if I pick a visa card it'll go through fine (also via Emirates, the offer of both visa and amex if anyone remembers)
Any ideas?

When your putting in the security code. Are you using the 4 digit security code on the front?0 -
You know something, I thought it was always the 3 digit code on the back - thank you!!
What a doofus I am!!!0 -

Haha! With Amex its always the 4 digit on the front unless the box won't take a 4 digit code then its the 3 digit code (I've only ever come across one merchant thats asked for 3 digit code, Britannia ferry.)
I know many people who have done this, so your not the only one.0
