Lloyds Clicksafe probs...

Not sure if this is the right forum, or whether anyone can help, but I'm slowly going potty!
I'll spare you the story, but involves fraud on a card, loads of problems with the replacement, many phone calls to bank, and finally visits to the bank.
Anyway, card can now be used for most online purchases, but having problems with waitrose, and the clicksafe step - it is a Lloyds card.
Previously, when its been a new card, I've been able to register it during the checkout process, but this time it just declines it, no option to register it etc. I can't find any option on the Lloyds website to register the card for this, and the mastercard site just refers me to Lloyds.
Does anyone have a link on the Lloyds site to register the card, or any words of advice? I've tried different browsers, with/without pop up blockers etc,

    Lloyds don't have a password or register thing for their Verifed by Visa, Amex Safekey or MasterCard SecureCode.

    If its declining then it means that Lloyds is actually blocking the transaction as they probably think its fraud. I'd give them a call.
  • We have, 10 phone calls now, and 2 visits to the bank. The bank have confirmed today that there are no issues with the new card, and it has been used now at various other places online, and physically in store. The problem is with using click safe. The bank say it isn't them and the card should be working fine with click safe and it is a problem with waitrose, and waitrose say its the bank...
  • The website says you have to allow pop ups when using it - could this be the problem with this particular website?
