Thanks. Someone said that they have to come out and do a check on the boiler first before its covered. Is this right? I'm worried because of xmas it will take longer for them to do the check and in the mean time I won't be covered.
They obviously won't take on a boiler/system with a pre-existing fault; so they normally inspect.
They may start the agreement, subject to it passing an inspection a few days later.1
