I was just wondering if anyone can help me, i had a store card with French Connection many years ago, but i have no detains for it at all, could someone help in starting me off how to try and claim PPI back?

They would not have been reguylated prior to January 14th 2005, so they can dismiss your complaint to start with.
You need the account number to complain, so you can either phone and ask but if they can't find you, you need to send a SAR and 10 to them to find out what info there is left.
If there is nothing left, your complaint is over. If there is something left, you complain, and they either uphold or dismiss your complaint.
If it was sold prior to 2005, your next and only step is to complain tot he underwrtiters, who do not need to accept responsibility because they didnt sell it to you but if it's GE, they may.
If it was sold after 2005, you can forward any rejected complaint to the FOS.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
