Combined app for Facebook & Twitter?

My Samsung phone has hardly any disk space and so I could do with a combined Android app for Facebook & Twitter. Preferably one that'll save on the SD card. Any recommendations?!

I have used Hootsuite in the past which is free but has ads I would advise if you do install a 3rd party program like hootsuite then you should root your phone so you can remove the built in programs on your phone as samsung has a fair bit of bloatware.
Seesmic I have heard is also a good app but I have not used it myself.0 -
