Would anyone know what this could be for?
I don't believe I hold any sort of product or service with AVIVA.

Aviva (formerly Norwich Union) RCPTS - probably means receipts account for premiums collected.
If you don't recognise it at all I would suggest ringing them quoting the reference and see what they say it is. Sometimes it will be fairly easy to decipher policies Motor may have MOT as a prefix Home insurance HOM etc.0 -
It sounds like you have a product of some kind with an Aviva Group company.

Better to check than not to have checked until a year has past and you find each month payment has been taken.0
