My parents have had a quote from the above company. If anyone could give some advice on prices or if they have heard of the company that would be great.
They have been quoted £9000 for 16 black mono suntellite premium series panels, ZDNY-250C60 panels 250Wp, voltage 31.17v, 8.03a, 37.85v open circuit and cell efficiency 17.4%. The price includes fitting and a sunny boys inverter, whatever that is. My parents have just signed, no pressure or anything, but am just worried that they may have jumped into things. Any advice welcome.

I believe that price is way over the top, unless there are huge problems with scaffolding etc. Also are they sure that their roof is completely suitable; shade from a tree/chimney/nearby building can severely curtail the output.
I suggest you re-post in the Green and Ethical section of MSE which is where all the solar experts post; and there have been several similar posts of the 'is this a good deal' variety.0 -
Might have been OK when FIT payments were over 40p, but not now they are down around 15p per exported Kwh.That gum you like is coming back in style.0

Recently paid £6K for 16 panels. Without checking they might be a _bit_ more efficient than mine, but not £3k's worth....0
