Travel Insurance - Are golf clubs considered 'personal possessions' ?

It used to be that golf clubs always had to be specified separately. But in trying to get a quote for annual multi trip insurance @
moneysupermarket.com
Its almost impossible to discover if golf clubs are insured. :confused:

    You are going to have to do it the hard way.

    Get some quotes then go to each individual companies site and read the small print in the policy. :(

    I would say golf clubs are sporting equipment and specialist items as they cannot be taken on to the plane as hand luggage.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

    (If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)

    check under baggage if it's covered, usually would be an optional extra. may be under valuables.
