Ticket from PCN (NW) Now have court letters! What to do!?

Options
I need some help guys..

I received a fine on the 30/11/2012 last year from PCN (NW) in St Helen's. I didn't even know it was pay and display so just ignored it after reading lots on here..

Anyway, I've had all the letters, Roxburghe and co etc sending me all kinds and I've always just ignored them.

I come home today and there's a letter from Northampton County Court! They're saying they want £235! It's deffo all official.

What do I do!? Have I been to cocky ignoring all the letters? I have ignored another parking fine in the past and it just went away.

Worried now! :(

Any help appreciated!

  • It is from GPB Solicitors..
  • iv received the same today from the same company for parking behind st helens college. have a look at my thread a few people are helping out

log into mcol and request your 28 days to defend it
  • Post it up without the www. and it we will do the rest

It will be genuine, i would suggest you post up on http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showforum=60 and people on there will help you defend it (if they have time!), i post on there to, but not taking on any new court defences.

did you get a pre action/claim letter. Daisy on here will be able to advise if the letter was deffective etc

You left the claim number and to much information on the claim form, please remove the link immediately as you are identifying yourself on here
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

First things first, nobody on here is responsible for parking your car on private land and ignoring the signs.
    That is 100% your responsibility.
So blame nobody, keep it straightforward and technical and you will receive help with a defence, but at your own risk.
    Be happy...;)
