Please start your own thread ! We cannot deal with 2 different issues on a single thread, especially when they are small claimsWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Its been a while since iv been on but i have an update to my email to David Metcalf from the BPA (shown below) seems they cannot help as PCN are no longer paert of the BPA. I have not heard anything back from the DVLA elizabeth.symonds@dvla.gsi.gov.uk.
yesterday i received a Notice of proposed allocation to small claims track offering settlement/mediation offer so it looks like the case is going ahead. Any advice would be appriciated
Dear XXXXXXXXX
Further to our recent correspondence regarding PCN NW, I have to advise you that during our investigation into this matter, the operator opted to cease their membership with us and join another Trade Association – the IPC. Sadly this means that we are unable to conclude the case and have had to close the file.
We believe that PCN NW had acted in breach of the Code and had instructed them to rectify the situation by improving their processes and by cancelling the Parking Charge Notice issued to you. They have not responded to this instruction. We have issued PCN NW with Sanction Points but sadly this will not see your ticket cancelled.
I am sorry that we could not have been of more practical assistance in this instance and I hope that you appreciate our position in this regard.
Kind Regards
Dave

Please read the other PCN/NW cases in the same boat which I replied on yesterday. PCN/NW will struggle to make a case, not least because you can all show that email (I would share it with the others, I think at least one of them also has a BPA email confirming they had wanted it cancelled due to code breaches). That will not sit well in front of a Judge, can't see these going to a Hearing at all. This is a game of bluff now, IMHO, but it's a game you have to play properly under court deadlines so do read the other 4 threads, all currently on the first three pages of this forum and easy to find if you click on my username and find my posts from midnight-ish!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
