opened 'amazon' email got trojan cant delete

Hi please can you help. I stupidly clicked on a file in what I thought was an email from amazon. Mcafee stopped it but I keep getting you have a trojan restart your computer. I have dont this 3 times and have run a full scan, but it cant remove the trojan. It says rijiep.exe has been stopped but it cant be deleted. Is there any way to remove it please? Thanks

Run a full scan with Malwarebytes.
And then remove McCrappy and install a decent free AV (Avast, Avira or MSE). Or Kaspersky is free with Barclays online banking.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Feel a bit bad now, as I got one of those emails this morning. Never thought to put out a warning. Anyway, Amazon or their genuine sellers, do not put zip files in their emails, so treat as scam/spam and delete.0
