Links won't open

On both my and my husband's laptops some links will not open from a page. When I double click nothing happens. Is there another way to open a link?

I am trying to do my Royal Mail survey and I can log in and go to the main page but as soon as I click on one of the links nothing happens. This has been the case for a while and I usually use the desktop computer but that is playing up now (different fault).

I hope this makes sense - not sure how to explain it and really hope someone can help. I had to go to the local library yesterday to complete my posting plan but I can't keep going into town

What web browser are you using?
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?

In Internet Explorer go to Tools and select Internet Options and then the Programs tab.

Select "Make IE your default web browser".

    Similar for other browsers.
  • I would advise useing google chrome, firefox or opera, Web browsing software and see if that helps on the double click if not do the right mouse click open in new browser window or open as administrator option.
