Renewing Business Gas contracts

Hello,
Any small business owners out there? I just renewed my Business gas contract with British Gas Business as contract prices far cheaper than out-of-contract prices. The lady said she could renew me for one year with zero standing charge!!!!! Just the usual unit price charge which is not that much higher than what I pay on the current contract.
If you are a small business owner this will come as a big surprise because small businesses pay extortionate standing charges regardless of energy consumption. So much so I asked "that sounds too good to be true any catch" the lady said BGB brings out these prices every so often. Any business owner fortunate enough to get a zero standing charge contract?
