Updated iPad to iOS 7 - time is wrong?

My clock is now showing 8 hours behind.
I can't figure how to change it.

Has the clock got access to location services?

Go to Settings... General... Date & Time.
Make sure that is set to Set Automatically and the Time Zone should show as London (assuming you're in the UK).

If it is all correct, but the time is still wrong, then switch OFF the Set Automatically, count to 10, then switch it back on again. Give it a minute or so, and it should correct itself.
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?
