Tell that to all the banks who have signed declarations for packaged bank accounts and PPI but are still faced with mis-selling claims

At Lloyds the limit (by phone) is £10k per day not £25k per payment, which is what I was trying to avoid.

You may well have a good answer to this question but can I ask why you do not have Lloyds Internet banking?? The limit there is £25k per day.
