bell uk safe driver box
hi,just wondered if anybody has had problems with bell uk safe driver black box.my wife has had to phone them a number of times since july because her feedback which she was supposed to be able to see on her laptop was never available.she has now received a phone call from them saying the boxes have never actually worked and they are recalling all of them,while keeping her premiums the same for this year and probably putting the price up next year!

ive had one of these for about a year - initially it was not tracking and logging any data but an engineer came out and rectified this. I can obtain my data online and it has put my premiums down.
maybe this was a specific batch0
