I suppose a retailer is only as good as their product and what they do when it goes wrong.
The above is one business and I dealt with e-inkjet as they shipped abroad, not all online retailers will. After a wait of 14 days, as they only airmail once a week, a faulty colour cartridge arrived. Sent it back and they dispatched a replacement without any quibble. Unfortunately this replacement was faulty as well.
They have ignored subsequent e-mails and never bothered to refund the cost of me returning their faulty product.
It's not a lot of money but my advice is stay clear, there's plenty of choice out there without even considering this lot.

Seems that this is standard service for Cartex. I ordered just 4 printer cartridges from them on the 21st of March. The money was taken immediately.
A week later, no cartridges. Phoned them they told me they'd had a delayed delivery from HP and that my cartridges would arrive in the next couple of days.
Another week passes and no cartridge. Call them again, guess what? Different person, same story.....so I give them another "couple of days". Actually a week.
Third phone call, a 3rd person. I tell her I want a refund. "We can't refund if the goods have already been sent", she says. I tell her it's highly unlikely they've sent anything but she checks anyway. 10 seconds later it's the usual story, delayed delivery but will be there in a couple of days. No says I, give me my refund. "I'll do that tomorrow", she says. It's 9:10am and I don't know why they can't process a refund the same day and she can't give me any decent response. Not even a lame one like the system's down or something.
Here I am 4 days later, no refund so I've just instructed my card company to query the transaction and recover the money.
I bought the cartridges in the end from an excellent ebay seller, they cost 45p more than cartex and they arrived 22 hours after I'd done the trade!
Like others, I won't be giving my business to cartex again.0
