Reclaim Catalogue Late Fees

Although Im not usually logged in I do refer to this website all the time & It gets right on my wick when people keep repeating questions already asked or asking for advise that has previously already given.....yet here I am with my head spinning asking for help on stuff that I know is already on the forum but I cant pinpoint the stage Im at & Im going around in circles. PLEASE HELP!
I was following a step by step guide to get late payment fees returned from shop direct. A month ago I requested my info to be sent to me. Ive marked off all the fees I can find on the so called easy to read plain English statements they have sent to me & now I dont know what to do next. I know there is 2 more templates I may need & also remember something about 8% being added or deducted from the total amount Im asking to be refunded. Im Also receiving letters from NDR:mad: not sure what to do about these either.
Sorry for asking the same old stuff but I just cant get my head around it all.
Thanks
