Toilet 100mm soil pipe under concrete floor

I was put off by some negative feedback related to Saniflow toilets and I thought I need to avoid them at any cost. After the works, the bathroom will be 1.6m x 1.4m. It would be tough to have toilet, basin and bath (or even shower).
Btw why is this is an issue having a basin in the new toilet. I thought the waste from the basin will go to the toilet soil pipe rather than having another 4 meter pipe for basin.0 -

I said "put it in trench", you only need to tunnel for the 2'6" or so under the footing or edge beamYou scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0
