You don't need to start a new thread every time you add something but I know it's confusing! Here are your other threads:

How funny that you firstly posted by mistake on the successful complaints sticky thread - and now your link will go back there when I post it up as a successful complaint!

Well done OP (even if x 3 :rotfl:). Another win based on chasing and harrying the principal.

The more this is done, the more they are going to realise (especially in the retail sector) that this is truly peeing off genuine customers, and if they're peed off, they're gonna fight back and will drag the principal, who has better things to do with their time than deal with parking charges, right into the front line.

CEOs and MDs are in a far better position to recognise customer (dis)satisfaction than (in C-m's immortal words) the fob-off frump at the Customer Services counter near the store's front door.

All's fair in love and parking charges :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
