Tablet for viewing photos?

Hi all I would like to purchase a tablet for viewing photos instead of carrying a portfolio around or my laptop. Has anyone got any recommendations, I'm not interested in an all singing all dancing tablet just one that will give good picture resolution at a reasonable price.

    Nexus 7 - 7"
    Nexus 10 - 10"

Both cheap for what you get and both have high resolution displays, great for viewing photos.

Just got a Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 for my wife for viewing photos, browsing the net etc and it does the job perfectly. If you look on eBay for Argos or Tesco refurbished units, you can get one a lot cheaper. Both my wife's Tab and my Note are refurbs and you wouldn't notice the difference between them and new.

Thanks for your replies. Screen size no smaller than 7 or 8.
Also is there a screen that can be viewed at an angle ( for a few people to look at) without loss of quality.

New nexus has one of the best screen resolutions at the moment for android, but if you want better then the ipad with retina disply. Both have great viewing angles, best way to judge would be to pop into pcworld and check for yourself.

So all down to budget really

The Qube I mentioned is Android and has a higher spec screen than the Retina display. However, I used to own an old iPad 1st gen. and that was fine for viewing pictures on.
