PPI and year 2000

I had several credit cards and a couple of loans between about 1996 to 2003 at which time I went bankrupt, not related to those debts but they were wriiten off, the bankruptcy has now ended. Firstly can I claim PPI that far back and would the bankruptcy negate it

Thanks

As far as i am aware, if you've ever been made bankrupt, the OR has to initiate any PPI claims. Contact them.

You can still complain if you were bankrupt. However, you dont get the money. It is paid to the OR and distributed to the creditors that lost money when you were made bankrupt.

Some banks require the OR to lodge the claim, even if the bankruptcy is discharged, you'll need to check first.

you said in your first post the debts were wrote off as they do in bankruptcies, you dont have any liability with this debts anymore nor does the lender with you, you cannot profit from pre-bankruptcy assets. any redress would go to your creditors.
