This was obviously some time ago. You have missed POPLA.
But this mob are administratively chaotic and non-POFA compliant and we are reporting them at every opportunity, so we may be able to be mutually helpful.
What was the date of the contravention? And what was the date of the Notice to Keeper?
Was there a windscreen ticket?0 -
Just to check - do the RK or driver live in Scotland or NI, or did the parking 'event' happen there?I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0

I cannot recall the date of the contravention/the notice to keeper. I will have to look for the original letter sent by APCOA.
The latest letter I have now from GPB does not state this either.
There was no windscreen ticket and the driver/RK is not in Scotland/NI
Thanks so much!0 -
You need to check the NTK against this checklist:

...look at dates and look at the wording on the first letter. Was it called a Notice to OWNER?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think it was yes. I will dig out the actual thing later and confirm. But I am pretty sure it did say that, what does this mean?0

Means it's not compliant - as per the link already given for you to check your Notice against! Bet it was sent too late as well. Do check the checklist...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have just checked the initial fine received was from APCOA.
It says Parking Chrge Notice and then says below; notice is hereby served to the registered keeper of....
Then says the driver at the time is in breach of the terms and conditions and is required to pay....
Please could someone clarify for me the situation. I subsequently received 2 letters rom Roxburghe and 2 from GPB
Thanks0 -
There's nothing to clarify that's not already in the Parking Cowboys' checklist linked already; just compare your PCN to that and consider whether it includes all the info it should and whether it was posted in time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
