Hi,
I have sky broadband on both my main PC and my laptop. I havent had any problems with my desktop. However my lap top is currently not fully protected. I've managed to narrow it down to the fact that "the signature file is more than 30 days old". I have gone on the protected status and to "fix", this then brings up "no updates available". I have looked about on Mcafee and have no idea how i can check this, therefore my "computer and files and email and IM" are unprotected.
Is there anyone who knows how to get me back to being fully protected??
Could you please let me know without jargon as I'm not too techie!
Thanks

Could it be that you only have a time limited trial of the software?
Oh...I see that you don't have the problem on your PC. In that case.....I have no idea.0 -
Sorry Guys, forgot to mention it isn't a Trial - it's free software from Skybroadband and only had it since about christmas!0

Were you allowed to install it on more than one computer?0

That may be the case, but can you point out to me where it is stated that it is licenced for more than one machine?0
