Payplan and Stake Your Claim

I have been looking at other posts regarding this company, and I have lodged a complaint with Payplan, as I said I could not afford to pay a fee, and as I had no PPI's on any of my debts.
The phone call I received did not inform me I could do it myself, I just let them rabbit on, as I really wasn't listening. I was told by SYC, that although I didn't have any PPI's, they said that sometimes it is hidden in the interest, was not aware of that.
They have sent me the paperwork, but I am going to cancel.
I didn't think it was legal for them to pass on my data to another company, but then I found out by searching that they are actually part of Payplan. Payplan try to see you cars, electrics, insurance and it goes on and on, yet they know you are in enough stress with your debts.
I am going to put in a complaint to the FOS as well, as they are a bunch of money making twits, as they said I would have to find the money to pay the fee and the search for documents fee.

PPI is NEVER hidden. That's a myth put about by companies who want business.
You may well have forgottne with loans that you ever had it, but other than that, there is absolutely no way you can hide PPI.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
I thought so, but its the actual lies that they told me, I am so glad that this forum is here. thanks0

Just cancel.
Complaining to FOS is a total waste of time as the correct regulator is the Ministry Of Justice, but even the MOJ won't act on your complaint in any meaningful way that you'll ever see.0
