Critical Illness Insurance Claim

Hi - sorry this is going to be a bit general to start with but was wondering if anyone had any experience filling these in. My partner has recently had a heart attack (a minor one but a heart attach non the less) and has a CI policy with Lincoln. The claim forms have come in and while he has nothing to hide, wondered if anyone had any advice on filling these forms in - I'm just assuming that they'll not pay if its at all possible for them. He should receive £40k.
Thanks ever so much for anyones help, its really important we do this right.

Answer the questions truthfully.I'm just assuming that they'll not pay if its at all possible for them.
If you have not told any lies, there is no reason for them not to pay if it is a claimable event. The vast majority of CI claims are paid out.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Thanks very much for replying - no lies told so all should be well! Am surprised that the majority get paid - in a pleasantly surprised way - I'm obviously becoming too cynical! will just fill in forms and if there's any justice, all should be well. Once again, thanks for responding.2018 amazing wins: Icehotel-Lapland holiday, 8 course tasting menu hotel stay, Vitamin D bundle, SkinCeuticals serum, £50 worth of Cranes Cider, £1000 to spend on eBay, iphone charging case : ]0
