    I voted other.

    Like others I want "all of the above" but I also want:

    A knowledge of the relevant law/regulations.
    Assurances that things won't go wrong again.
    Not to be fobbed off or talked down to when complaining.
    We may not have it all together, but together we have it all :beer:

    Similar to others, I chose other to represent all of the above.

    It would also be nice to have a formal process to post positive reports on a given hospital department. (Or if this is already in place, make it better publicised)
