I voted other.
Like others I want "all of the above" but I also want:
A knowledge of the relevant law/regulations.
Assurances that things won't go wrong again.
Not to be fobbed off or talked down to when complaining.We may not have it all together, but together we have it all :beer:

Similar to others, I chose other to represent all of the above.
It would also be nice to have a formal process to post positive reports on a given hospital department. (Or if this is already in place, make it better publicised)0
