Barclaycard - Level 2 department ?

I called Barclaycard today, just to make sure they had received my complaint as I hadn't had the acknowledgement letter.

The lady confirmed they had received my information, gave me a reference number and said the complaint was now with the 'Level 2 department' or something like that.

Anyone heard of this before / have any idea what it means or who they are ?

  • It means they have received your complaint and have up to eight weeks to respond with their "full and final" decision.
    No point calling them again until this period has passed.
