Apologies if I start to sound a bit familiar off the bat!
Will not divulge too much information, but here is the jist.
Someone parked in a 50 minute car park allowance, for under 70 minutes. The charge has come through as 60 or 100 if paid by the allotted time. The car park gives access to two companies, a gym (who have installed the operation) and a bike garage. Both companies have machines inside to give your registration to turn the parking into 4 hours.
If I proceed with POPLA, am I arming myself with simply '60 pounds for 12 minutes at a fiver a minute for a half full car park' without admitting liability? I am aware I'm dropping this into a sea of generic posts (and that I've only joined to make said post!), but it looks like there are a couple of you out there who really have it in for these swines and are out to break them.
Thanks in advance,

She writes to them and says XXXX XXXXX was the driver and let XXXX XXXXXX deal with the stupidity of using a business infested by Parking Eye.
How will the learn otherwise that Parking eye signs mean, stop, reverse out and go somewhere else.Be happy...;)0 -
Yep, write a simple response in her name stating the driver's name and address (you) so that you then wait for your own Notice to Driver. Then it's yours, not hers, to appeal and win at POPLA. Start reading up on POPLA appeals on recent threads here and you will win around Christmas!
And you say that a family member is a member of the gym? Why not complain to them anyway.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The person who is a member at the gym, wasn't actually in the gym at said time, so I figured there wouldn't be much grounds to contest the ticket on. You can't really say you forgot to sign the registration, when you actually forgot to go to the gym.0

You don't tell them that in your appeal you state that the signs weren't compliant or something to get your POPLA code from them.
Also if that is the PCN number in your title you should REMOVE it ASAP!!!0 -

This was just a generic number to jest on the amount of threads already started about said company, don't worry.0
