Roof Survey help

Hi,
I am in the process of buying a property with a roof terrace. It has come up in my Homebuyers Survey that I should get it checked out structurally. Does anyone have any tips on who I should get to do this and how much I can expect to pay? I don't want a full structural survey on the property I just want someone to look at the roof terrace and the roof it sits on. Would I be best calling a Roofer, Builder or Structural Surveyor?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
