Mobile Phone Contracts and Credit File

Hi
I have 2 mobile phone contracts which are due to end early in the new year, but am also in the process of trying to rebuild my credit file.
I have had one of the accounts for over 4 years (no late payments) and the other one for 2 years (again, no late payments) If I close these accounts will it be detrimental to my credit file as it shows on my credit file that I have run these accounts in order over the past few years, or will it help having 2 less credit accounts.
