Ceiling light making a "sizzling ,humming" noise.? Should i be concerned that it could cause an electrical fire. There are 3 bulb fittings to the light. Thanks

Is it by chance an energy saving bulb? We had the same thing, think they were Tesco's value bulbs, made a right strange noise!

Thanks, found the problem, it is the energy bulbs, the noise disappeared as soon I replaced them with ordinary bulbs.
