Well not much to go on .... but How about:-
"relationship problems and have now discovered that your wife/partner has been intercepting the mail"
"mail has been intercepted by maid/nanny/relative/dosser who you were sharing the residence with"
"stress related illness caused you to neglect your day to day responsibilities"
