Epson SX415 printer not printing colours correctly

Hi Folks

My colour printer is not printing the correct colours in an image. The printed images always seem to have a shade of blue on them, and no other colours show up. I've checked all the cartridges - cyan, megan, black, and Yellow and they all seem to be fine - near full. Would anybody know why this is happening and how I can solve the problems?

Have you right clicked the printer, clicked preferences then clicked maintenance and then nozzle check?

If not, that is a good start as chances are one colour is not printing and the nozzle check will show you which, then you can click to clean the heads.

Has the printer been idle for a while?

I did exactly what santer kindly advised, except that I had to clean the heads twice.
