Lots of vents and warnings on the board, so thought I would share a praise! Really impressed with Tomme Tippee!

Emailed their customer service last night to enquire about getting replacement parts for my electronic breast pump and how much they are likely to cost. They emailed me back this morning saying they will pop them in the post to me free of charge!

Speedy response to my email and very helpful.

Me = 1 happy customer
Highly recommend them based on this customer service experience.

Ah thats nice- always a bit of a panic when something stops working especially something expensive and specialist as a breast pump!!
