My consumer rights with Amazon

Hi
Can anyone help please. We bought a Toshiba LED TV from Amazon in Feb 2011. The display stopped working and was replaced in May 2011. It has now broken again but Amazon say there is nothing they can do and Toshiba say the same. Is there any way I can take this forward or do we have to buy a new TV.
Thanks for any help

as far as your consumer rights go, you will need to prove that the problem is inherent before amazon will do anything0
