Just checked the service page now I'm home and it says the TV service for my area is disrupted and their is an engineer on site now fixing it. Checked all the rooms can't find him! Internet on and off again and really slow. I would ring about the compensation but can't bear the thought of speaking to those people at customer services !:eek:0

I had that a few weeks back - said engineer on the way and that was at 7am, 10am, 12noon, 3pm......MY GOD he must have been making his way on foot! The aprox times for the problem to be fixed kept being extended too - from aprox 4pm to aprox 6pm ...... it was eventually fized at 11.30 pm that night! A long day :eek: Lying little toes rags are VIRGIN GRRRRR!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
I had a problem with my pages taking forever to load a few weeks ago, it was driving me mad so I gave them a call. He got me to sign into the hub admin and change some numbers around on the settings, since then its been fine.
Not very good with computers so I can't say what I changed, I just did what he told me to do :rotfl:
I got onto customer services a few weeks ago but they put me through to someone in India and i couldn't understand what he was trying to tell me.
Seems to have settled down now anyway.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

I'm supposed to have 120mb but rarely do. Sometimes around 6-8pm it always has a go slow. They also forget to tell you that the high speeds can only really be attained on lan. So as most are on wireless its a tiny bit of a con. Speeds are always slower on wireless.August-September 2017: Lots of stuff
