Great, so my address does not exist..now what?

So basically I am getting rejected for everything under the sun, because my flat is always displayed as "Flats 1-10, Example St" instead of "Flat 4, Example St"
I can't even use my credit card for verify my identity, because it is registered to "Flat 4"..I guess my bank just takes my word when it comes to addresses
Now what? Do I tell my bank to put "Flats 1-10" they would never agree to that
