I left a £15 deposit with a phone shop, they still say they're "waiting on the part" and TBH that's not my problem anymore they said it would only be a couple of days, it's been two weeks, how long can have they got before they have to pay me back?

Is it a part to repair a phone, or some accessory?
Can you buy it somewhere else?
Have they ordered it in specifically for you?
Have you asked them if they will refund your deposit?1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0 -

OK, so it's a phone which you can't buy from any other shop?
