Deleted agreement??

I had a notification from Experian saying there had been a change to my file. When I logged in it said 'the following agreement has been deleted' and detailed my preference credit card with BOS. This account has been in default since 2011 and I haven't done anything new to clear it (I'm in a DMP) why would they delete it? What does that even mean?

Plus, when I looked through my agreements it's still listed, defaulted balance and all??

So confused!!

Sometimes an account entry is removed by the original creditor and then added in the name of a debt collection agency. Sometimes when this happens there are a small gap where it doesn't appear on either report.

Not sure why experian have said it was deleted but that you can still see it, presumably you are looking at the most up to date report? perhaps an error by experian? or an error by BOS to delete it that they have since rectified?
