Santander transfered my cash ISA without my permission

I held a cash ISA with Santander until recently, when they transferred it to another investment company with whom I have some savings. My financial advisor sent a form to Santander asking them to transfer my Stocks and Shares ISA. Instead they transferred my cash ISA. It is their mistake and it has cost me money; firstly the transfer fee to the new investor, secondly the interest on the ISA which would have been due at the end of the financial year. It has already been several months of 'discussions' about this error, but no positive action to reimburse me. Any tips?

Normally on something like this, it is straightforward to fix. Especially, on clear errors.
As it has taken so long and not yet been fixed, I suggest you now contact their customer relations team and put in a complaint.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). This is probably nothing to do with it but Santander cash ISAs are changing from Santander ISA Managers Ltd to Santander UK plc. Just wondered if it's some mix up with that? Probably not.0

Santander an only transfer the isa account number that is put on the transfer request form.
You need to get a copy of the form your financial advisor sent to Santander as I would imagine you or the financial advisor have entered thr wrong number.
The financial advisor would or should have kept a copy0
