Kay & Co dispute not sure what to do now?

I was browsing for a new TV and decided upon a sony model, I found the one that I wanted on the Kay & Co catalogue site (I have been a customer for over 10 years) there was a special offer that if you purchased the TV you could add a sony blu ray player for free.
I telephoned and ordered and the operator said that she could see the offer on the screen and that she would add both items and then put through a credit for the player.
The TV was delivered fine but the blu ray player has never been received; the date and time that it was signed for in my name I was working at home actually facing the front door. I complained straight away only to be told that it had been signed for at my address and that as the courier said that he delivered it (Yodel) that was that and the charge stands.
I am also following this up with Yodel asking that they check the GPS in the van at the time of delivery as it was not at my house (not holding out much hope but you have to try)
I then pointed out to customer services that I am still awaiting a credit for the player anyway as per the promotion - I have now been told in no uncertain terms that the promotion will not be honoured and the charge still stands. Yesterday when I got this reply I went on to the ASA website and as it covers offers from websites I posted a complaint that the offer was not honoured as advertised; so I have informed Kay & Co that I have complained to the ASA and today I have received a very sarcastic reply from their customer services telling me that as previously said they will not be honouring the promotion and they welcome the contact from the ASA! Any ideas what I can do now? I do not want to let this lie
I have a part screen shot of the web page showing the offer which I sent to them, and I have also pointed out that the operator agreed to credit the £99 and as they record all calls they should be able to listen back to that but they are just not interested.
