Paying CC but still getting defaults?

Checked my credit report through Noddle yeterday and it showed a monthly default with Halifax CC.I know i`m in debt with them but pay monthly through Robinson Way and have never missed a payment,should it still be showing as defaulting?

Once a default is recorded, the account stays in default no matter what you then pay.
