Fluid Application Problem

Anyone else tried to apply for a Fluid card online? I went through the soft search and it said i'm very likely to be accepted. I then continued through to the full application, which I filled out the first page (personal details, salary, etc etc). However, when I press continue to go to the next step, it simply brings me back to the first page, with all my information in. It doesn't say that i've missed a required field or that i've done something wrong. Anyone else had this problem?
Tried a few times today and in the end, I called up and applied over the phone. The lady said that it's now gone through to the credit team and i'll know in 24-48hrs
