Galaxy S4 or Xperia Z1?

Time to upgrade 1 of my phone contracts and am having some trouble deciding which to go for, feel like a bit of a kid in a sweet shop 
I had access to a Galaxy S4 for a couple of weeks not long after launch and it was a great phone, I was a bit under whelmed by the size of it but then could see there was no need to also carry a tablet at the same time, it was only on loan so went back and I got my old faithful LG P500 back from the repairers.
I would be happy to have an S4 but then the Xperia Z1 came on my radar this afternoon, now then 20mp camera, waterproof, faster processor than the S4, looks better in my opinion the chassis is made from aluminium so should feel superior to the S4 as well, mmmmm cannot make my mind up what do you lot think?
