What court form do I need to fill in after serving SECTION 21(4)(a)

Options
Can someone confirm to what court form I fill in after serving a SECTION 21(4)(a)?

A friend of mind has given this form to fill in, an N5B form:

https://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n005b-eng.pdf

Is this the correct one?

Can I partially fill in online?
My hand writing is very poor!

Thanks

JJ

yes that is the correct form assuming you are not applying before the S21 notice period has expired!

can't be bothered to type answers to rest of your question - read this page instead on how to complete an H5B

do note however that some posters on here will be aghast at a link to property hawk as they do make mistakes (eg reference to use of recorded delivery)

EDIT: found property hawk guide - what's wrong with it?

question: the property hawk website says i have to put in the fee of the court. it says that this is £150. how do i know this is the most upto date information? it could have increased by £xx since that web page was created.

i tried googling for the costs... i can't find...
    what do i do?

    question: what's a dewllinghouse???
my property is a flat - part of a block. does that make it part of a dwellinghouse?

it seems MSE agrees because I can't get the link to work

so I've done it the other way - it's the first result under "Magazine"

i've never in my life heard of "dewllinghouse" - seems like an odd word that is 2 words joined up
i googled it and got an answer - but still wasn't sure... so i thought i'd ask

or did u get upset about my questioning the £150??

thank u for the replies u did give all the same

the website requires registration and a login?
surely there must be a web page somewhere that gives the fees?
why is it so hard to find?
my friend told me that it's £175 now - not £150 stated in property hawks guide (that must have been correct at the time)

not that it matters... i thought i'd point out a mistake on the form regarding 'dwellinghouse' on the same line in question 1, they have it down as 'dwellinghouse' and 'dwelling house'

a mistake i'm sure - or maybe my english is not too good :)
