Hiya peeps :hello: i just would like to know for future reference, when u are renting a place what exactly do you have to pay for? does the rent include council tax, etc, etc or would i end up paying that? i know the obvious things such as gas, electricity, water i would have to pay, but what other bits and bobs would i need to look at budgeting for? any help would be most appreciated on this

Don't know if this applies in your case, but many student houses include council tax and sometimes utility bills.
