I got a text message through saying "Shaz, I messaged you on Circle, the local Network".

What is Circle and how can I access this message?

Is it just spam? The only thing that interests me is that the text addressed me by name.

Not spam its a local facebook /friends/ what on local type of app .
Its either going to be dead in the water or huge dependant upon how kids pick-up on it .
