    It's not a landmark as such as one cannot be made in the small claims, but it is persuasive if it can be quoted with case numbers etc
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    They had a few very suspect wins and a lot on the forums started wetting their pants and begging people to pay the scam.

    I remember when the flood of postings about LBCCs began, it seemed to me that Parking Eye might rip apart the forums and by default legitimize this scam. After the hard work by many people here and at Pepipoo, I hope and believe that the defences in place have turned the tide to a massive degree. I think P.E will still use the LBCC as a threat but will do a CEL and start withdrawing from cases at the last.
    My admiration for you hard working members who fight the good fight is immense.
