Forum rules state you can only publish a post in one place at a time. Some members get irritated by those that don't obey the rules and cross post.
As to the query, you really need to give the full clause and what section it is in etc so that people can help you interprit. In principle it could well be about either a guarantor or securing the debt against another asset0
